🤍 ~ An Empath~HSP~Intuitive~LightWorker ~~~ Originally From Magical~Mystical Scotland ~ From a very young age, and as a result of countless EXTRAORDINARY experiences over many years, I have known I was here on a spiritual journey! In 1990, I trained in and BEgan practicing 'Transcendental Meditation', Understanding that inner peace can only be created with a balance between mind body & Soul. In 2011, I intuitively & warmly embraced a more inspiring & holistically aware lifestyle, creating light, space & freedom from within. I was also divinely guided to deepen my ~Harmony with Self ~Unity with Others ~Spiritual Awakening, Growth & Expansion ~Inner Child Healing and to ~Authentically Connect with my True Soul Essence. I BEgan exploring & studying spiritual-based philosophies, techniques & practices, focusing on ~TRANSFORMING FROM THE INSIDE OUT~ Within Mind, Body & SOUL...🤍

🤍 My spiritual journey took place in parallel with a successful corporate career, spanning 25+ years of living & working in the UK, Europe, Latin America and North America. In 2019 I had a life-changing reading with a renowned international spiritual medium, and in the first message I received, it confirmed my intuitively guided knowing that my true Soul Purpose & Mission, is to serve as a Empathic~Highly-Sensitive~Intuitive ~LightWorker on an awakened & creative path . Together, with this confirmation, and a lifetime of innumerable personal and intense transformative experiences of life, love & loss, while growing, BEcoming stronger, and shining brighter through the dark times, I am now honoring this spiritual path, lovingly, passionately and joyfully, while Coaching~Mentoring~Guiding ~ With VOice🤍HeART & SOuL ~ those who are ready to BEgin or continue on their own unique transformational journey🤍
